Lights, Camera, Action!I have worked hard for several months in creating a quality, live online art instruction class. Overcoming the fear of unfamiliar technology has been a big mountain for me to climb. My goal has been to make online learning as simple, smooth and rewarding for you and other students as possible.
I chose to use Microsoft Teams as my teaching platform for its security, reliability and interactive capabilities. If you don't already have one, you will need to set up an account (User name and password) and download the FREE Teams app on any device you plan on using during your class. I will provide links below to make it easy for you. I have designed the structure of the online art class to work as closely to our usual weekly classes as possible, so get ready to do some art! |

What to expect in an online art class
Live DemosI use a High Definition camera to give you up-close demonstrations of your subject mater in the medium you are using.

Computer aided CritiquesI use several computer programs to give you crystal clear help with drawing and composition improvements.

I watch you workI watch you draw and make paint strokes to better guide you in holding your tools, mark-making and painting techniques.

What does it cost & how do I sign up?
Group Online Art Classes
Fridays 1 - 3:30 ~ You may sign on and visit 15 minutes early
Please email images of both your picture reference and most recent version of your art work to me at least 1 hour before class begins. [email protected] $45 / Individual Class Monthly classes save $5, PLUS an additional $10 if you sign up at least 2 weeks early. Get the personalized help you need when you need it from the convenience of your home. Anything you can accomplish at an in-person class can be achieved remotely. Thanks to technology and powerful cameras, I can help you improve your compositions, develop your skills, learn new art techniques, mix colors and more. $40 / hour. 1 hour minimum, charged quarterly ($10) after the first hour.
