All students must fill out a REGISTRATION FORM, and read, sign & date the REGISTRATION PROCESS & PROCEDURES FORM before their first class.

Registration FormThis form helps me to get to know about you, your artistic interests and goals. It also provides me with your contact information.

Art Class Registration Policies & ProceduresThis form is a contract between us. It outlines how to register, how to save the most money, and the conditions under which you may redeem missed classes. It discusses use of the facility and Private lessons. PLEASE PRINT AN EXTRA COPY TO KEEP FOR YOUR RECORDS

Registration is a 2-part process:
1. All new students must fill out 2 forms (you only do this once, or if your information changes and you need to update) see above
2. Reserve your spot with a tuition payment
ORO VALLEY COMMUNITY CENTER: ALL registration payments for any class taken at the community center must go through them. You may register one of 3 ways. Call, go in person to the front desk of the fitness center, or register online through their website (you will need to create an account, this can take 24 hours)

Online, gift certificate, and private lessons: All other registration goes through me. I accept checks, Zelle, Venmo, or request an emailed invoice. Private lessons may pay in person the day of class.
If you are unable to print these forms, please let me know and I will provide you with hard copies at class. You will need to fill them out before receiving instruction.
